yes.. as our moms said paracetamol S kinda painkiller.. that's enough..

At vacc site apply hirudoid cream thrice a day for few days

However my pediatrician always suggests some paracetamol... I hope urs adviced too... U can place an ice pack wrapped in a apiece of cloth on the baby's leg...

I'm not sure about ointments but doctors do prescribed mild paracetamol on the day of the vaccine.
