I had some cramps in my legs so I took a painkiller yesterday. It got better. I don't know if it's connected but I woke up with a horrible pain and stiffness in my neck, upper and middle back, even the spot where arms join the shoulder. I'm in miserable pain, any idea why this sudden pain? Any remedies?

it is the deficiency of vitamin d3, get it checked..
I am already taking the medicine for the same had the same symptoms

try hot compress for your pain. and try to keep your pillows and mattresses under the sun. helps with the pain too.

painkillers usually don't have such effects. maybe there is an underlying cause your pain. and when u get leg cramps. lie down on ur back. raise ur legs and try massage in upward motion.
