Dear joint pains can also be a lack of vitamin d3 or b12...check with ur doc and if required get a blood test done n ur vitamin levels checked. Also as mentioned above its good to consume flax seeds.

Please consult your doctor and take some supplements like for calcium and vitamin... Eat healthy food include lots of greens and fruits in your diet.. eat panjiri which is given post delivery..;
