Hello ladies.... M not feeling like eating any veggies... Can anyone suggest me some alternatives?

Yes pallavi.. Ur in laws r right.. Pizza noodles r not good in pregnancy.. It has ajinomoto which can b harmful to d baby.. <br>
Wid plain paratha sabji.. Add green leafy veggies like spinach methi .. Fruits.. Dry nuts.. Like almonds walnuts dates anjeer.. Have evrything in moderation... Byt avoid outside food... N drink lots of water.. Tk <u>cr</u>

Can I have noodles...pizza and all?? My in laws dont let me eat all these...... Saying these may be harmful for the baby.....m allowed only plain paratha sabji <u>kinda</u> food....which m not liking at all!

Eat fruits, try to add green vegetables in parathas, so easy to make, Methi palak, you can add veggies in rice

You can make pasta, pizza, fried rice, noodles, manchurian, momos,etc at home. All these include veggies. Try to make your food as per your liking coz there will be fluctuations in food liking till delivery.
