hi sathya, please take a good electric breast pump,express milk and ask to give some one who is taking care of your baby, while leaving for job youbcan feed her,and coming back, as yoyr baby must be on semi solids milk requirement dependency is less. please dont listen to anyone who makes u guilty,ignore,think and you do best for your baby.wishes

Hi Sathya Vani, if you are still lactating then you could try and alter your baby's routine such that s/he breastfeeds before you leave for work and once you come back in the night. You could also express milk and store it in appropriate conditions so that the baby can be given the milk during the day
