My diet chart as of now is.. Wake up at 7am....start the day with half a little of water.
9am- breakfast- mostly comprising of 2 chapatis/paratha and sabji...
11am- dry fruits comprising 4 almonds, 2 walnuts and some raisins
1pm-lunch including a bowl of daal, dahi, 1 chapati, 1/2 bowl rice, 1/2 bowl sabji, salad, some sweet-may be 2-3 spoons.
4pm- a bowl of fresh fruits-pomoegranate/pear/grapes...or anything else.
7pm-dinner comprising of 2 chapati, sabji.
10pm- milk-1 glass.
Total water intake through out the day- 3to 4 litres. At times I include some sprouts or 1 boiled egg also...may be 2-3 times in a week.. M I eating enough for my time of pregnancy? People around me keep telling me that I should eat more...
Pls suggest...

Its fine and yes 2 glass milk is needed.<br>
Add a glass of juice and nariyal paani once or twice in a <u>week</u>

Citrus fruits help in easy absorption of iron... And vitamin D of dairy products goes well with calcium...
