hello ladies....my back is painning from lst night...actually mein out of town hu apni relative k ghr pe n kl raat se ye problem ho rae h....pls help me to solve this problem....kya koi mazor problem to nae h na?

actually we are habitual to sleep on our place ,but now with pregnancy and new place for sleeping is quite uncomfortable for us !<br>
so just relax and be positive

mere bhi low back pain hora hai,dr ne bola ese back pain hona dangerous hota hai but dr ne advice kiya proper bed rest u also take bed rest and apply some ointment u will feel good
