hello lovely ladies! hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday. I wanted to know if using a high chair is beneficial or not. My daughter is 9 months old. How do i feed her by making her stay at one place. I looked at some high chair options online but was confused what to buy. Also will using a high chair prevent her from learning to sit on the floor and eat in the future? I want to teach her that when she grows up. Any advice on this one?

high chair is good if u want then to learn to sit in one place and eat . keep ur child engaged while feeding on the high chair . Yes they learn to sit down and eat as well .

i too initially looked for a high chair... but my baby is too fidgety and high energy... he will never sit at one place and eat... also i thought it was not a necessary thing, since none of our generation sat on a high chair, but we managed just fine... 😊

Hi! A very happy sunday to you all. I didn't buy a highchair coz of cost and space. Instead i got a boaster seat.It fixes onto your chair with a tray. You get it at any local baby shop. It costs much less.

I used the one above in the picture for a good 2 years! I started at the same age as your baby. Helped a lot during meal times. Also helps to make them sit while doing some small activities. Till then they don't attempt to jump out of it themselves, it is safe. This one is very sturdy, I think I got it from FirstCry. The parts came in, we had to assemble at home. A high chair also helped set the expectations of the child when we go to eat out.
