Proper diet and exercise k combination se. Maine around 7-8 kgs loose kiya abi. Around 20-25 mins workout karye. Har 2 hours me thoda thoda khaye ye and 3 litres water k saath. Protein intake badha k and carbohydrate thoda kam karye. Sprouts, eggs, curd, pulses, nuts, paneer, chicken ye sab add karye diet me. Dinner jaldi kar lijye maximum 8:30 tak.
