I have a 4 months old baby boy. My breast did not start feed so my baby is using bottle to feed. 

people tell me to change the nipple of bottle every month and to change the bottle every 2 months. please suggest me if I sterelilize the bottle twice a day then when should I replace the nipple and the bottle?
