Hey neha, first stop reading everything about labour and stuff. At this stage the more you read, the more you will build up things in your mind. Believe me very few ladies have their labour as planned. Usually we prepare of ourselvves for something and something else happens. Just keep in mind you have to be prepared for worse ao that no matter what happens you will keep pushing yourselves. Very imp is to educate your husband or whoever will be around to keep motivating you for normal delivery because at times your strength may vanish all of a sudden and in the heat of the moment you may ask for csec but do not give up, you will regain the strength as soon as pain subsides. Unless any medical emergency do no give up on vaginal del. Also do no push while the pain starts. It is very imp to save energy for the end. Your gynac will tell you when to push. My mil was asking me to kp pushing(i did not even omce listen to her), because i had read enough and my gynac had instructed i do as she says and believe me i followed her to point. They know their job well. You need to trust them. Any thing in specific you want to understand ask me. However my suggestion is stay calm and dont think of labour. Just stay thr put.
