this is normal... give proper massages to the baby n burp properly as well. for rashes use good quality wet wipes n avoid wiping with dry cloth. also if you are using nappy then change it every 2- 3 hrs n at once if you see potty, because potty if kept in touch with skin can also cause rashes.
