Hello momies!!! I m 21 weeks pregnant nd eating healthy food only. No junk food at ol. But yesterday my doctr advised me to avoid sugar nd salt completely as i m gaining too much wait. Cant understand why is this happening coz i eat only healthy . Plz help

Dear first ask your doc if there are any issues in having; salt and sugar in moderation as in normal condition we don't avoid that completely ...pregnancy is different for every lady, some gain weight easily in first trimester and some gain in late trimesters so weight shall not be issue if rest is normal

This depends on your yu metabolism. To; can take walks is there are no other complications.; Also, make sure you eat filling food and don't binge or snack too much. Have ample water too.<br> Avoiding salt has a link to blood pressure though and not weight.
