hello mommies and expectant mommies!! The super 5 exercises which were my go to exercises that I stuck to throughout my pregnancy are here.

These are the exercises I would recommend to all. However it is advised to always check with your doctor before starting any of it. 

1. kegel

2. pelvic tilts

3. cat and camel stretch

4. walking

5. half squats initially>>> full squats

@Deepali Soam(@myteenytot) do you have any more exercises to suggest to preggo mommies ??

yes i did sukshm vyayam, anulom vilom, om chanting, bhramri, squats, walking, cat strechs and butterfly asan through out my pregnancy for overall well being of me nd my baby. nd it helped in my delivery. my delivery was so easy nd it was normal . I'm thankful to god!
