hello mommies.... have a question.. can my eating habits affects my 2 months old baby.... m eating dry food and mixed cereals laddos. ... are they affect my babies digestion...??? whenever my baby suffers everyone asked what are you eating???

Yes, maintaining a good diet while feeding your little one is important as what you eat goes to your child. Eating dry fruits and mixed cereal laddoos may not be the only reason for indigestion. Indigestion can be because of improper latch and improper feeding routines and your diet.
Have foods rich In nutrients which enhance your milk supply to avoid indigestion and give adequate nourishment to ur baby.
3-4 servings of milk everyday. Curd and butter milk kept @ room temperature allowed.
Fresh juices or fruits, green leafy vegetables, all cereals, dry fruits, dry coconut, jaggery, fenugreek seeds, khuskhus, amaranth can help.

Your diet if healthy does not have any adverse effect on the baby. Please ensure you eat healthy and balanced meals. Avoid sugary serials and ghee based ladoos.
