Hey kc. Honestly resorting to fm should be your last resort. Let me tell you are no less of a mom if you give fm but at what cost and how much did you try is the concern. There were people who pushed me insanely to bf my baby and honestly i was irritated by them all but in the end if they wouldn't hv pushed i would hv given up amd my baby would hv become totally fm baby but their consistent push and nagging led to me giving my baby fm only and only when i am totally drained and baby still feels hungry. <br>
Reflect did thou try everything?? Not hving enough milk is a diff issue but you must be glad that You hv milk its just the flat nipples. Use a nipple puller or keep pumping using a manual plump, your nipples will appear. PS: also you just really have a strong and immovable will to continue bf at any cost. Believe me i have been thr. I had severe rib pain alongside the breast because of low milk supply and excessive latching but i took antibiotics ,i did cold comlress,i used meds,i atr everything. I did it all but i was determined bm it will br for my baby at any cost. Lil or less.

Hi dear. U can go ahead with Formula milk. I had the same issue. Even if nipples are flat, you can still feed your baby. Because once baby gets bottle feed, it will not latch up. However, if possible consult a lactation consultant and use electric pump to take out your milk and feed your baby. I used it and I could happily feed my baby for 4 months.
