Hello mommies, I have query, which breast milk pump is good for expressing milk, manual or electric Nd do manual pump difficult to use, need to join work from next month wen my baby will complete 5.5 months. Please suggest Nd also do suggest which company breast pump should I purchase.
Thanks Avanti, yes will start expessing from this week only, just to know are manual pump difficult to use as in, is it's usage time consuming Nd <u>tedious</u>

Hi dear, if you would like to use manual one I suggest pigeon is a good choice and for electric there is a brand called spectra s 2 which really is helpful for expressing milk for the baby but it's on higher side and expensive in India. The benefit for spectra is less maintenance as compared to Medela brand. Also, before joining ensure you express milk three weeks before or start practising from now. Don't panic as in the start while expressing milk you might get little milk for storage. Also it is; advisable to express milk in the morning where you will get more milk as compared to night.
