Hello mommies, I haven't been getting good sleep since the beginning of my pregnancy but now it's gotten worse..I'm up till 5am! I get super hungry after 2am.. Any suggestions what I should eat at night that is healthy. As of now I've been having Kurmure and sometimes cornflakes with milk.

Won't nuts be too heavy to digest at night? My doc has recommended only 1 date, 4 almonds and 2 walnuts.. Which I eat when I wake up. I have proper dinner by 9.. Thats why I'm hungry again at night :) coz I don't get sleep at all toll early morning n then I'm up again by 9 max <u>10</u>

sprouts at night may cause gas and stomach pain so be careful high protein should be avoided at night make mixed khakra <u>churma</u>
