I m going to share ..how I got back(somehow) to my post pregnancy weight.. Important n practical info:
1) I didn't not work out at all.. Though it is very important n integral part of loosing weight...but I didn't not (at all) cos I didn't hv time to go to the gym or even for 15mins walk. 2) weight reduction is 70% healthy eating n 30%exercise 3) I completely; gave up sugar, cookies, biscuits, junk food, outside food , mithai, jam,pickle. 4) I had 3 cups of green day everyday n twice normal tea(80%water+20%milk) without sugar. 5) 10-12glasses water throughout the day n before every meal..I had one big glass of water. 6) morning started with 2 glasses of leukwarm water n 1tsp amla powder. 7) I had no cheat day throughout these 4 months. Success mantra:
"Boond boond se ghara(vessel) bharta hai "
;;;;;;;;; Our body is our ghara... cheating will only lead to more weight gain or stagnant weight.; If u actually want to reduce; . Determination n will power to not cheat is the key..
