Hello mommies , I'm 34 weeks pregnant in last scan doctor observed fluid level 4.9 and he said that it is too low again he asked for alamine ulternate for three times . I'm so scared of alamine . is there any other way to increase the level of fluid please help.
Drink more and more fluids, increase protein intake, rest more and always keep a check on fetal movements..

Thanks Dr Shilpitha but is there any precautions to take by my side or any other supportive ways to increase or to maintain fluid level . Please guide

4.9 is really very low.. go for iv infusions.. that is better option
