Hello Mommies its my 5th day after c-section,there was no milk till 3rd day in my breasts but on the 4th day it was there but there is no nipple outside as my breasts are so big thats why my son can't suck it he is in formula now.Problem is my breasts are leaking and paining so much,i have bought a manual pump but there is no use of it.

U can use a nipple shield to help the baby to latch and it ll also take the nipple out. Massage the areola part to stimulate the nipple.

Hi Nirupama many Congratulations to you, first big breast or small breast you can feed the baby without any issues, you just need to latch correctly. You need to give your entire aerola and not just the nipple, watch lot of YouTube videos and learn the latching techniques. Please breastfeed the baby, pain and blockage of milk will lead to lot of issues. Continue breastfeeding.
