Hello mommies.. Kya mai kabhi kabhi kayam churan le sakti hu? For constipation.. Mai chahe kuch bi kar lu.. Mera constipation thik ni ho raha hai.. Even m not taking any medicine..

plz try the following:<br>
1)eat green leafy vegetables since body needs fibre.<br>
2) Try soaking Black resins(6-7 or more as per choice) overnight and have them in the morning it will help in passing and regularize motions. <br>
3) Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 2-3lit of warm water daily.<br>
4) Eat sweetlime(mosambi) it <u>will</u> act as a natural laxative.<br>
5) if still experiencing constipation then consult gynac she might suggest some laxative eg Smut.

Churan not recommended. Consult your doctor , she may suggest some syrup which are safe in pregnancy

Heena, please tell your doc about ur condition, she might change the medication or wud prescribe some laxative. In the meantime,try drinking more liquids like soup,chuani (this really helped me getting relief from constipation, take some almonds,make paste in ajwain water and add gur or sugar and drink it twice). Hope you feel better!
