Maine breast feeding karvana bandh kar diya baby ko as now they are 1 and half year old. Iss baat ko almost one month ho gaya, now my question is feeding bandh kar diya uske baad meri breast ek dum loose ho gai aur chote ho gaye... Ek djm saggy type ho gaye... Mai tensed ho gai hu aisa kyu hua... Please reply soon Mommies.

This is normal post breast feeding the breast becomes saggy and looks like its loose as the glands have shrunk.<br>
Use perfect size braziers, do some stretch exercises it will surely help you. You have lot of exercise videos available on you tube try...
