Nope it doesnt mean he is hungry. Yohr baby is used to suckling hence he does it. Click a quick pic or take a video of these cute moments.

No dear.. just enjoy the cute moment.. it is an awwww moment for us when my baby does that.. baby will cry or get up or <u>give</u> other signs when hungry.
