My baby is 3 months old and is on bf on demand. She sleeps through the night for straight 5 hours without feeding . is it okay or should I wake her up to feed her?

A baby at three months has a sufficient stomach capacity to sleep thru for five to six hours. However it is important to bear in mind that this should be one long nap per twenty four hours. Since this is night time it's perfect. Thru the day the baby should be feeding every two to three hours. If baby takes long naps longer than three hours during the day as well then awaken the baby for a feed but allow the night sleep routine to set.
