keep a warm clothes on your breast and express the milk.. you can keep the milk in fridge also... fever is because of fully breast only.. try to feed your baby frequently.. if baby is sleeping for longer hrs express milk.. soon the problem goes away..

Verna baby ka weight loose ho <u>jayega</u>.. consult with your doctor AAP without recommend koi medicine nhi le Sakti .... because baby feed karta hai.

hello...<br> yes it is due to the engoged breasts... aap sahi se dekhiye, kya baby latching kar rha he... because if baby wont latches properly then he will not take feed.. so make sure that latching is proper... and its better to have a checkup too..
