Hello mommies,

Please suggest me some weight reduciñg tips after c section delivery... especially tummy...I had 2; c section delivery... feeling very bad about it...

Hey priya u can start brisk walking when u feel like it, yoga and even some light exercises once your body recovers. My doc suggested that I can do abdominal strengthening exercises also after ur body is ready. Take care of ur diet, eat healthy and nutritious food, drink lots of water, and breastfeed ur baby as long as u can and want. I too had a c sec around 2.5 months back. Doing walking, yoga, pelvic floor strengthening exercises like sethubandasan( bridge pose in yoga) kegels. I want to try tummy belt but a bit confused whether it helps.

Dear...take your time. Just rest and let your body recover...if you are breastfeeding ....weight will reduce ..hehe...in time you can exercise after <u>wards</u>

Hey if you had c section delivery, then you should wait at least 3 months, then start with some light exercise,; but first need to take opinion from your doctor, till that time you can start slight walking take <u>care</u>
