hello mommies, post delivery I have reduced 11kgs still 10 more kgs I need to reduce. I am maintaining a strict diet like no fried items no sweets.

<b><font color ="#3b5998"> @63729430e0852e00159b2438 </font></b> it's normal...you will be back in shape by one year... avoid fried food and eat healthy with lots of fluids...<font color ="#3b5998"><b> @63724349d28b060015d94fd3 </b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font> we loose around 10kg right after delivery...very common... it's related to many things which comes out in delivery process....I would suggest to eat healthy as you are breastfeeding and need calories and nutrition.... roti and rice are equally important and it's myth to avoid this
