dear breastfeeding baby can go as much as 7days with out poop it's not constipation exclusively breastfed baby do no get constipation if u r giving top feed then there must b a chance ..don't worry just gentle massage u r babys belly and do cycle exercise holding her leg it <u>helps</u>
