I m 26 week pregnant n Abbi tak mai koi medicine  nai liya or nahi koi excerise report bhi sab normal hai so  muje kuch feel hota hai after meal bt samjta nai Kia hai kick jaisa Zor se pain nai hota kuch like heart beat jaisa feel hota hai mera body n tummy area thoda heavy hai pls muje koi excersic bataye muje normal delivery mai easy ho waise. sab kehtey hai heavy body hai toh normal nai hoga m worried.

haa, pehle kicks heart beat jaise ya gas jaise feel hota hai... 3 ltr pani piyo roz aur 30 minutes walk karo.... active raho, aur rest bhi lena....
