im 3 yrs old grl mom ihav gastrics n pcos prblm.2yrs bf4 ihad miscarriage bf4 3 months dr suggstd me to tk 3months contraceptive pill and insulin tablt course whch ihav compltd.im overweight after frst delivry  weight is 62 now height 5'1 ihv to loose more fat im tking sml meals frm one month im nt losing
im walking 30 to 60 mins aday
in empty stomch fenugreek seeds 1teaspn 1glss warm water
one glass lemon hony water
oats n 2 eggs white in bf
lunch pullka n curry
dinnr pulka n curry
in btwn meals salad
2times greentea kindly pls suggst me ireally need to loose weight icnt go nutritionist as my home is very far n my hubby is on bussinss trp.
