It's good if it doesn't start as you are just 21 weeks.. Some times leaking from breast is sign of pre term delivery. I got colostrum on day 2 of my delivery and I'm an exclusive breastfeeding momma.

All the changes in the breast happen during the pregnancy but the colostrum and milk formation happens mostly in the last trimester and it uses out only post delivery and the baby can have it post the baby sucks you can ask your gynac to latch on the baby before cutting the umbilical cord on the OT table itself whether it is a C section or normal delivery you can not sure baby there itself in the OT and that first milk is called colostrum.. <u>so</u> don't worry just eat well relax and enjoy baby kicks..
