shalu if your doctor has prescribed this, then you should use that lotion... and zincovit is must for every baby till 12months

Desowen is a mild steroid. it works well for local applications and needs to be weaned off gradually. Zincovit is a multivitamin and if both have been prescribed, please administer as per prescription.
