Hi<br> Rest is important. Have a glass of warm milk before going to bed. Eat small meals at frequent intervals. Avoid caffinated drinks it could disturb your sleep. Meditate, listen to music, talk to your baby relax and sleep

Have EVERYTHING that's healthy IN small portions and gaps of three four hours. Include proteins and avoid excess fat.; Some ghee and butter is good. Remember only some. Have cold milk and lots of veggies and fruits.; Sweets in moderation if you've no GD. For sleep, wear comfy clothes.; Take a shower before bedtime. Masses your foot.; Apply the stretch marks lotion and freshen up. Avoid the mobile phone before bedtime. Listen to some music and engage in light chat with hubby. This will bring on good sleep.
