Hello mom's

Very urgent: I found a tinch of blood in my baby's diaper since past Two days. It's like bricks orange coloured spot.

I am hell worried as to what is it and what is to be done?

Pls help

P.s my baby is 2.5 months old, only breast feed but sometimes formula(week m once or twice) , no medicines except for vitamin D.
