plzz Dnt use nipple puller its very painfull n of no use. i had a very bad experience. plzz try n take help of a very good lactation. if ur mumbai based i can help u with one.

actually every new mom face this problem. I also faced it. so D solution what I did, before starting BF to your baby massage your nipple by your finger and try to come nipple outside.and than give it to baby's mouth. and do it again and again whenever I need it. and the easy thing is that when baby will start sucking nipples will come in normal shape. so in starting we have to do some manual effort to make nipple in shape. I did the same in d starting and now there is no issue in feeding. so be easy do not take any tension it will affect breast milk supply. and try again again. soon baby will learn to have feed.

You should buy nipple puller. it helps in bringing the nipples out resulting in better sucking. You can buy it from any baby store or a pharmacy
