i have constipation from 3 day is this reason i have pain in my bottom belly..

Constipation causes pain in abdomen. Take a lot of fluids. You can also take 1 spoon isabgol husk powder with water every night to clear your stomach.

Yes when you are constipated side lower abdomen will pain. not just when your are pregnant but any time.
