Inverted nipple is my biggest problem

Now what to do please every one can answer plz plz

Thanks but I had tried nipple retractor and puller also but there is no difference so I had tried breast pump for express milk but only 10 to 15 ml comes out on that side

If your nipple is retracted you can use a nipple puller which is available in the market to form the nipple before each feed. Keep offering the baby the right side and gradually he will learn. Till then to ensure that the supple does not reduce from that side express milk five to six times a day on the breast which the baby is not using. If you use a nipple shield the baby will get used to it and then will not want to feed without it. Hence it should be the last choice.
