urine output is adequate.but she swets alot since past few dys... specially head n hands...

First and foremost check to make sure that the baby is passing urine about seven times in 24 hours. Also the color of the urine should be pale yellow and not dark yellow. If urine output is low and color is dark then baby is at risk of dehydration and must be checked by the doctor. Since this is something that you are experiencing for a couple of days it is likely that the baby has caught a viral infection which reduces appetite. Please visit the doctor for a check up. A baby this age should take 7-8 feeds in 24 hours
