Hello my son suddenly developed these red rash kind on his face, behind ears, few on his back. All his clothes and sheets are washed with dettol everyday so I doubt that is from his clothes. Can some one pl comment and let me know ?

hi chitrita, as baby is very small pls consult a dr. pls ensure baby is wearing lose cotton clothes only and nothing fuzzy. which baby cream are u using?
