6 weeks pregnant now, I feel like to eat something salty . What do you suggest ?

Also did you guys followed a diet chart?

Try banana chips because they are salty and healthy ....yes try to have small meals but after every 2-3 hrs

You can make some ragda lattice or aloo chat ... Eat everything .. include lots of fruits and vegetables and nuts in your diet...
