In Australia you have these amazing day care system. And the working there is very different than India. Personal life and family have a higher priority there. If you are ready to spend some money on day care, the kid can stay with you. Sharing from experiences of family members settled there.

so true. yes pls don't leave your child behind. neither you nor ur baby will be happy. considering he's never been without for a single day, imagine his plight without you. and even if you do leave him here ,how are you going to get him to Australia and you will yet again face the same situation of settling him there.

One of the easiest suggestions is that a family member goes with you to Australia for a few weeks while you get settled or locate appropriate day care. The other option would be to aim at going atleast a month early to settle things before you need to start work. it's a great professional opportunity and I can understand the mental conflict being a mother is causing you. Do not worry do what your heart tells you. There are excellent day care options in developed countries.
