Hello Nasima. Cervical length is measured to find out risk of pre-term labor or it is normally done in case of twins. Your CL according to 36 weeks is normal, so don't worry.. <br>
To ease pain try warm showers or fomentation.. Stay hydrated, drink lots of coconut water, and practice deep breathing 'Yoga Breathing' .. Take care.. 😄
