I will advise you to bed rest more and do not stand for longer duration lo longer than 20 minutes also it is important to not to perform exertive home chores the better would be to bed rest as much as you can also so you did not to worry this will shift as the pregnancy progresses but for precautions you need take care and be vigilant of any kind of bleeding
