This is a new generation we are raising so we have to raise them with new values and without any stereotypes. In our generation, our parents taught us that it's your job and it's your brother's job and we are breaking these stereotypes on our own. But we have to raise our new generation very smoothly like they don't need to struggle to fight for equality. If a woman can sharetheload of men then men can also #sharetheload of women by doing laundry and any household works.
Household chores are not only women's responsibility. I am the mother of a daughter but even I had a son then I always wanted him to teach the #householdchores without any gender stereotypes. Even my husband helps me to do my household chores and it's not mean that you have to help women only if she is a working woman. Housewives also need helping hands. So please #sharetheload of your mother, wife or sister. Thank you@ariel.indiafor this #sharetheload campaign and spreading the awareness for #gendereuality and the video ariel#sharetheloadvideo “This post is a part of the #ShareTheLoad movement by Ariel in association with BlogAdda"

Nice post dear.....true we should give the right values to our children be it a boy or girl.... I'm teaching my son to do so...and for that I'm often told "he is a boy and doesn't have to know all this. I never taught my sons to do household chores your troubling my grandson.." but I made it clear be it a boy or girl they should know when and where to share the load and lend a hand
