today is my nine month start so what diet shoukd i take ..how much time i walk bcz i m not doing any activity bcz of the pain on left side so tell me diet and activity or walk time

Hi..You should include roasted jeera in your diet for lactation.also a piece of jaggery.Eat greens.Lots of salads.Avoid greasy foods.If you're craving for unhealthy food..Just eat a little..Not in large quantities.Have fresh homemade juice .Go for a walk too..
