in both injection baby will suffer that injection prick only difference is in painless baby will not have fever.. but after vaccination fever is a gud sign so I'll suggest go for painfull..

for our daughter we went for Painless vaccination. Abhi mera beta 1 month ka hai and meri bhabhi USA mein paediatric hain. wo AIIMS mein padhi hain se MBBS hai. kuch din pehle I read an article where it was mentioned k Aisa koi painless injection karke kuch nahi hai ye sab docs ne Bana Rakha hai. then I consulted my bhabhi. unhone bhi yahi bataya k painless vaccination karke kuch nahi hota. so it's all upto you. docs are making money by fooling people.

i gave painless to my baby.. everyone have diff perceptions regarding painfull nd painless.. so its up to u, whichever u feel is good nd ur doc says. go for that. My doc says effects wise its same just the diff is in painfull baby gets high fever nd all nd in painless its not that worse.
