hello..i have a 8 months old baby...i have developed post pregnancy thyroid (hypothyroidism)..and for that i am on medication..but i have huge hair loss and itchy skin that is worrying me a lot..is there any remedies??

For itchy skin, take fresh aloe Vera leaves and extract the gel from leaves. Rub this fresh gel on ur skin and let it be dry after 15-20mins . wash with Normal water. <br>
Also apply calosoft calamine lotion on your skin. You will be recover soon . Take Care.

Hey Aliva, hair fall after delivery or for feeding mom or in hypothyroidism is normal thing. This is mostly happens due to hormonal changes occur in your body. It takes few months to settle down. Stay with your medicines  .<br>
Yes,  of course you can consult with your dermatologist if the problem is serve. Meanwhile You intake healthy or nutritious diet , specially protein rich diet.  Includes eggs,  chicken , fruits,  veggies, Curd,  fish or milk in your diet chart. Try these home remedies:<br>
* Do massage your scalp with coconut oil at least three times in a week.<br>
* Use mild shampoo for hair wash. <br>
* Sometimes you can also massage your hair with curd and leave curd on your scalp for half an hour.  After that rinse off with mild shampoo.<br>
* Apply fresh aloe Vera gel on ur scalp for half an hour then rinse of with mild shampoo. <br>
* You can also try hair mask available in the market. Dear,  it's slow process. Please stop worrying and enjoy your golden motherhood period. So Relax...!!!!!

hi... wat u r experiencing  are the sympotoms of hypothyroidism...it ll gradually go wit medication... be religious in ur medication an treatment... it ll b fine soon..for itchy skin keep using moisturizing cream... usually d doctor wil prescribe it..use coconut oil before bath for hair as well as skin... it should help...u can use calamine lotion to reduce the skin itchin ...here we prescribe calsoft lotion...tats d brand <u>name</u>
