This is normal in pregnancy.. eat small quantity food and take a walk in evenings.. have lots of liquids

This is normal.; Avoid gassy food.; Have lots of water and lemonade. Stay hydrated overall.; Have small but regular meals. Make sure you don't eat too much at once.;
