my baby is 4 mnth old

He is on formula milk actually i hd sufferd with brst abssecc after 18 dys of felivry its norml delivry but after 18 dys my brst was swollen dctr said its abssec so it treatment is only operate so they stop my feed nd then operate now evrything is ok but now i hv pain in my vaginal part or private part from 1st mnth of delivry that time i thought its norml but now 4th mnth but abhi bhi ho jata h so ps hlp me pls suggest m something plsss weight bhi bhut bd gya care bhi n hui prpr aftr delivry operte k vjh se mujhe weihht bbui km krna h kaise kru kya kru kuch smjh n a rha pls hlp guyz

Hi<br> After pregnancy the stubborn fat increases as we loose motility in initial days post delivery. They do not just go out easily. A 45minutes walk is necessary, if time does not permit if u have stair climb up n down five times, count your steps... Like go fetch water to drink don't keep a bottle aside... When you stand in the kitchen for long time, do sit n stand like squats whenever u find time, do breathing exercises, when you hit the bed lift ur right leg up, relax, then left leg up, relax, both the legs up with ur head risen, in v shape, repeat atleast five to ten times....all dese need patience and <u><u>consistency.</u></u>

phle to relax. Baby healthy and happy hai agr ap khush ho. Apka wo phase chala gaya ab positive rahe. Pain ke liye gyno ko dikhaye taki kuch issue rule.out ho sake. Walks start kare and healthy khaye. Small frequent meals. No binge eating. No junk. Follow these and you will see reduction gradually.

First of all relax, regarding pain in vagina u should consult ur gynea as she will be the right person to check. Regarding weight loss u can start walking, start for few minutes n then gradually increase, eat healthy don't eat junk.
